RETURNS

We strive to ensure that you enjoy your new THE FITR goods as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a refund of exchange or store credit within 30* days in accordance with our Returns Policy. THE FITR returns may be eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping) or 110% store credit (excluding shipping) with 4 year validity. The return conditions are below:

Please keep in mind, in order for us to accept your return, the following requirements must be met:

  • The item is in unworn, brand new conditionwith original packaging (this includes dust bags and clear packaging) 
  • The item is in unworn, brand new condition with no signs of wear and tear, distinct odours, animal/human hair, marks or stains (including makeup, tan, deodorant etc.)
  • The item is returned (and received) to us within 30* days of delivery date
  • The item was not purchased in a sale.

Please note:

  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds or returns.
  • Wecannot offer direct exchanges.
  • All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. With the exception that if the item is deemed to be faulty, THE FITR will cover the return shipping costs.
  • All items are thoroughly inspected by THE FITR team before any action is taken. If the item/s being returned does not comply with our standards as mentioned above, you will be contacted. 
  • If you wish to return an item which was a gift, we will require the original order number and email address in order to process the request.
  • Items requesting return which fall outside of our return period cannot be returned. If you have any further queries, please contact our team.
  • THE FITR are not the couriers and cannot be held liable for any costs which are incurred while using their services.

The returns process:

  1. Please request a returns form from contact@thefitr.com
  2. Fill in the form including your order details and send to contact@thefitr.com
  3. Ship item back to THE FITR based on returns instructions provided. You are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item back to THE FITR and you can use any carrier. Please make sure to include your returns form so our team can process it correctly. If you do not provide a returns form we are unable to process it and are not liable for your return not being processed correctly.
  4. Keep your tracking number and receipt.
  5. Please be patient with our team while they finalise all return requests. Please allow 7 days from the date the parcel is received by us to review and process. We will email you to notify you of the outcome of your return.
  6. Please note:When returning a parcel, you are required to keep all relevant return information, including their return tracking number, in case any issues arise. If the package is lost while being returned to us, unfortunately THE FITR is not at fault.
